Return Policy
Returning products purchased from 1888Toys.com is simple and easy! We carry highest quality items only, and expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. Our hassle-free Return Policy is one of the best in the industry. You may return most of the products for any reason in its original, unused condition and packaging within 30 calendar days of receipt, for refund or store credit.
Return Policy - Most products can be returned for any reason in its original unused condition and packaging within 60 calendar days of receipt. Personalized with name items are not eligible for return.
- Return Authorization must be received prior to any shipping. Please contact us via email at: customerservice@1888Toys.com with your original order number, item you would like to return and the reason for the return. Return Authorization email will be sent to you within 3 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Damaged or defective item will be immediately replaced on our shipping expense. We will also pay for return shipping costs or will issue a call tag if the return is a result of our error.
- Customers returning products for any other reason will be responsible for shipping cost for the returned items.
- Many of our products are shipped out under our 'Free Shipping' promotion; therefore if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- If you have paid the shipping charge, at the time of placing your order, and your order was shipped by us - UPS or FedEx tracking number was created, the shipping charge cannot be refunded.
- All our items carry a 15%-25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund, should you wish to make a return..
